The Banner Limited concept of LP gas distribution and retailing system is an innovation that before now, did not exist in the Nigerian and West Africa gas markets. The initiative was developed through research and development (R&D) aimed at improving LP gas trade volumes and development of its associated retail infrastructure as well as creating a robust one-stop solution for energy retailing.
There exist in Nigeria and perhaps West Africa, a huge gap between the potential and the existing LP Gas trading equipment, facilities and infrastructure.
Having successfully proven the integrity of the Banner LP gas trading systems initiative, to the Standards Organization of Nigeria (SON) and the Directorate of Petroleum Resources (DPR), as a major bridge to filling this gap, Banner has deployed the most extensive storage, distribution and retail systems network ever experienced in the Nigerian LP gas down stream petroleum sub sector, partnering other oil marketing majors like Oando and off – takers like Vitol/Hyson to becoming the leading LP Gas retailer in Nigeria in the medium term, and in West Africa, in long term.
- The average LP gas consumers today, fall largely under the domestic and industrial bracket. Consumers under both categories are confronted with numerous problems, ranging from availability, affordability, storage, delivery and so on, which the Banner initiative squarely addresses.
- Banner offers bulk delivery services to both its industrial and domestic customers who require LPG in large quantities. Utilizing the most resent technologies and state of the art equipment for storage and delivery, Banner can be relied upon for efficient and cost effective supply of LPG to meet the demands of all its clients.
- The Banner approach to achieving its set objectives combines innovative engineering techniques, best safety practices and a customer friendly pricing policy, aimed at triggering a major shift in brand sentiments in its favor.
